From our office in Middleton-On-Sea proceed in a westerly direction along Middleton Road. At the roundabout, turn left into Felpham Way. Continue to the main Felpham traffic lights and turn left into Felpham Road and follow the road round as it winds through the village. Towards the end of the village, turn left into Admiralty Road and the property will be found after a short distance on the left hand side.

At low tide, Middleton-on-Sea’s sandy beach stretches from Littlehampton to Bognor Regis and is a favourite for local dog walkers and those who enjoy the fresh air and tranquillity of the sea.  Elmer Sands, a mile east of Middleton, is a particular beauty spot, enhanced by the interesting rock islands that were built as a sea defence two decades ago and which have left rock pools and safe areas for swimming and beginner water sports. Over in Felpham you’ll find beachfront cafés, the Arun Leisure Centre, which has a swimming pool and a well equipped gym, and public tennis courts next to the Promenade.
