Our Bognor Regis & Aldwick office is located on the High Street in sunny Bognor and provides residential sales and lettings services for homes across Bognor Regis, Pagham, Nyetimber, Rose Green and Aldwick. The town of Bognor earned its seal of royal approval when King George V came here to convalesce in the 1920s. Fast forward to today and Bognor is now favoured as a commercial hub, with many large retailers moving to the area to take advantage of the wealth of commercial property available in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas. There are many new residential developments on the edge of the old town too, as well as period properties and apartments along the seafront that combine the best of Victorian architecture with modernised interiors. If you are keen to buy or sell a property in this popular area the Henry Adams team will be delighted to provide you with a ‘simply different’ level of personal service, every step of the way.

“Bognor Regis is a delightful seaside town with a warm atmosphere and wonderful beaches. We have a broad range of school options in the local area including state schools, academies and independent schools and plenty of recreational facilities for families. One of the biggest attractions is Hotham Park, right in the centre of town, which has plenty to entertain the youngsters such as a crazy golf course, a miniature railway and a boating lake. It also hosts several major events over the year, including Proms in the Park, a Country Fair and the South Downs Music Festival.
You’ll find a huge choice of places to eat and drink in and around the town, especially down the Esplanade and along the High Street, with fresh locally-caught fish featuring on many menus. Local shopping is also good, with all the major chains you would hope to find (Boots, WH Smiths, Morrissons, Tesco, B&Q) and some quirky independent shops too.
Bognor Regis is one of the sunniest places in the UK and our award winning beaches are a great place to go to soak up some of the rays. The huge expanses of sand are bordered by a long esplanade that stretches for nearly three miles. The famous Bognor Pier juts out from the esplanade and provides the launch pad for the hotly contested annual International Bognor Birdman competition.
If you like the idea of life in Bognor Regis, or one of the lovely villages in the local area, the Henry Adams team will be happy to talk to you about what it’s really like to live here.”
