Henry Adams Lettings in Horsham are looking for a part time Property Manager/Administrator to join their busy team. The role offers flexible working hours and involves organising the administration for the lettings office including arranging gas safety certificates, registering deposits, writing letters etc as well as day-to-day property management such as arranging repairs/maintenance on properties. There is also the potential, if the applicant is interested, to have involvement with compiling inventories/check ins/check outs on an ad-hoc basis.
