With over 24 years’ experience in the property sector, Sam joined HA in 2015 as Office Manager for the Chichester Lettings team. In 2017, she established the Rent Guarantee and Legal Service department while also supporting Client Accounts. She later moved into the Rural Department in 2023 as a Land and Valuation Technician, before returning to the Chichester and Bognor Lettings offices in 2025 as a Rent and Legal Administrator. Samantha is ARLA qualified, having completed the Technical Award in Residential Lettings.
