Simon Lush

Simon commenced work in Chichester in 1986 having left Agricultural College and has worked in the city as an Agricultural Surveyor since then. He is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers. Simon's field of expertise revolves around all aspects of Rural Land Management such as rent reviews, agricultural tenancies, contracting agreements, Single Farm Payment applications, agricultural finance, compulsory purchase, planning, conservation grant schemes, sales and valuation of agricultural and horticultural properties primarily in Sussex and the Hampshire area.
