David celebrates 30 years at Henry Adams, having joined the business in 1995. He became a Partner the following year and has played a valuable role in shaping the organisation over the past three decades. David is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the RICS Valuer scheme, and a member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). 

 David set up the Development Land and New Homes department, advising landowners, promoters, investors, and housebuilders on everything from long-term strategic land to immediate development opportunities and the marketing & sale of their new homes. 

Over the past 30 years, David has focused on strategic land and continues to lead on land and development opportunities, which have included the successful sale of several substantial, landmark sites across the region.
