Millie Waterhouse

Millie joined Henry Adams in 2022 as our Operations Assistant, and was later promoted to Operations Manager in 2023. Millie oversees critical functions such as IT and communications, office presentation, employee onboarding and company marketing. With a focus on efficiency and organisational excellence, Millie plays a key role in supporting senior management and driving the company’s behind-the-scenes function.
