Ian Wiggett

Ian joined Henry Adams in 2012 to drive the expansion of the lettings division which has since grown to become one of the largest and most successful in the region.

He was appointed Managing Director of Henry Adams Lettings in 2015 and became Chief Executive of the Group in 2021. 

Ian plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s growth strategy and has been instrumental in sourcing and delivering successful mergers and acquisitions across the business. As CEO, Ian oversees the day-to-day running of the Henry Adams Group and works closely with all teams across its wide range of services and locations.

Along with more than 25 years of experience in the property sector, Ian holds a diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management. He is also a Fellow of both the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the National Association of Estate Agents.
