Gareth Overton

Gareth joined Henry Adams in 2016 after a successful career in corporate agency and became an equity Partner in 2019. He leads the Residential Sales division across the Henry Adams network and has been instrumental in shaping its direction, delivering record-breaking results in 2020/21 and again in 2024/25.

His leadership style is collaborative, supportive, and people-focused. He places a strong emphasis on recruiting the right personalities for each office and empowering each member of the team to make confident, customer-first decisions.
