Philip Jordan

Philip has over 40 years of experience in the South East property market and is the fifth generation of his family in the profession. His great, great grandfather founded the original family estate agency, Jordan and Cook, in Worthing in the 1880s.

 Philip’s career began at King & Chasemore, where he became a Partner before its acquisition by Nationwide in 1987. In 1993, he co-founded Burford Jordan, which merged with Henry Adams 10 years later. He went on to serve as Henry Adams's Managing Partner and CEO before taking on the role of Group Chairman in 2021.

 His focus centres on long-term strategy, business development, and financial management of the Henry Adams Group, working with teams across its diverse services and businesses. Philip is also Vice Chairman of Arundel Castle Cricket Club and a former Chairman of Pulborough Rugby Football Club.
