Philip Jordan

Philip has over 40 years’ experience in the South East property market and represents the fifth generation of his family in the profession. After beginning his career at King & Chasemore, he co-founded Burford Jordan in 1993, which merged with Henry Adams in 2003. 

He subsequently served as Managing Partner, Chief Executive and, from 2021, Group Chairman.

Following the sale of the Henry Adams sales and lettings businesses to LRG in 2026, Philip has retained an active interest in Henry Adams Land, Planning & Development and Henry Adams Fine Art Salerooms, where he continues as a director and adviser. 

He is also Vice Chairman of Arundel Castle Cricket Club and a former Chairman of Pulborough Rugby Football Club.
