Tony Bowden joins Henry Adams Development Land Division

Henry Adams are delighted to announce the appointment of Tony Bowden as Development Surveyor. He will be working in our successful land team alongside company partners, David Adams and Martin Curry

Tony is based in our Chichester head office and will be sourcing, identifying, assembling and selling land for residential and mixed use development across the southern counties.

He brings 20 years of experience, having worked in agency before choosing to specialise in land for the past 15 years, including land assembly, assisting with planning applications, and optimising schemes. Tony was a land manager for housebuilder Linden Homes for three years and most recently had set up a land & planning team for a housing association in the West Country.

“I wanted to take on the full range of land from oven ready sites to strategic sites and Henry Adams has a slick operation which is extremely client-focused,” says Tony.

“It’s a proper, traditional agency with real forward thinking in such a diverse business. I’m also working closely with our in-house planning team to navigate the planning system for our clients, so we can monitor the sites all the way through the process, right to new homes sales and the eventual home owners.”

David Adams adds, “Tony is already proving to be a great asset to the team. We’re extremely busy thanks to enormous client demand for good development sites so having someone of Tony’s calibre will certainly making a significant difference for our clients in their negotiations and acquisitions, the first of which are already underway."

Tony lives in Southampton with his wife and two young children. Outside work he enjoys family life, cycling and is a big fan of motorsport.

You can contact Tony at our Henry Adams offices in Baffins Lane, Chichester on 01243 533633 or by emailing him at tony.bowden@henryadams.co.uk.
