Henry Adams extends lettings footprint with latest acquisition

Independent property agency Henry Adams has strengthened its presence along the South Coast with the acquisition of Coastalet, a respected single-office lettings business based in the prestigious Aldwick, near Bognor Regis.

The purchase was completed on 31 October 2025, with the portfolio now joining the established Henry Adams Lettings operation in Bognor. No redundancies have been made. 

Coastalet, owned by Bryan Fry, has served the Aldwick area for many years and earned a loyal following among landlords and tenants for its friendly, traditional approach and strong local knowledge. Its reputation for personal service aligns closely with the values on which Henry Adams was founded.

Since opening its first office in Chichester in 1991, Henry Adams has grown across West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, building a strong lettings and property management offering alongside residential sales and a range of professional property consultancy services. Their excellent reputation is evidenced by consistently high customer feedback. Over the past year, the firm has achieved a Platinum Feefo rating of 4.8 out of 5, based on more than 420 reviews.
