Senior Land Manager appointed

Victoria Turnbull has joined Henry Adams LLP as Senior Land Manager and will be based with the land team at the company’s Chichester head office.

Victoria started her career in property 20 years ago at Halifax Property Services then Anningtons, before she worked in social housing selling shared ownership homes. After joining their development team, she became involved in the delivery of properties on site. In 2012 Victoria joined a newly formed land team at Radian, where she has worked for the past six years.

She was keen to join the successful land & development team at Henry Adams which handles residential development and mixed use sites throughout the southern counties.

“Henry Adams has such a good reputation that I was immediately keen to join them,” said Victoria. “I knew of the company through having mutual clients on previous transactions but throughout the industry, people know of their strong reputation and that’s turned out to be an accurate reflection of how they operate.”

Victoria is working alongside Henry Adams partners Martin Curry and David Adams, and liaises closely with the company’s in-house planning and valuation teams as well as the branch network of offices across the region.

She will be responsible for delivering both existing and new land projects across West Sussex and Hampshire.

Martin Curry said, “Vicki has already made a strong start and has shown great capacity for appreciating many of the nuances and complex details behind some of the large projects which we are currently involved with. She will be a valuable addition to the team and I’m sure has a great future ahead of her at Henry Adams.”

Victoria lives near Emsworth with her two daughters and is a member of Havant Running Club.
