Henry Adams opens its doors to local landowners

Landowners are invited to call in to Henry Adams in Baffins Lane, Chichester, on Thursday 19 September between 4pm and 7pm, when experts from the consultancy’s Development Land and Planning team will be on hand to offer a professional review of your land and its potential for planning and development.

David Adams FRICS, Partner at Henry Adams, said, “Whether you have a garden suitable for a single house, or a larger landholding close to or on the edge of existing settlements, come and talk to us at our Open Afternoon.

“As one of the largest independent consultancies operating along the South Coast, we have the depth of knowledge and experience to advise on all aspects of the development and planning process.

“Currently across the country there is a need to build more housing to meet demand and many Local Authorities are reviewing their Local Plans.  There are many planning opportunities presenting themselves, so we are opening up our office on 19 September for landowners to drop by informally to find out how best to maximise the return for their potential development land in terms of price, planning, and timing.”

The Development Land and Planning team at Henry Adams will provide a no obligation, high level planning review without charge and in complete confidence.

Henry Adams advises on development land of all sizes from a single plot right through larger sites for 1000 + houses forming new settlements and complex, mixed-use schemes across the southern counties of Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.

“If you are considering the disposal of development land,” said David, “we’ll talk through the next steps and show how our range of services helps with the promotion of the land in alignment with your own objectives.”

The expanding consultancy has played a pivotal role in a diverse range of land projects in recent years, working with clients in both the private and public sector. The experienced team  provides sound advice on both residential and mixed use projects, either with or without planning permission in place.

The Open Afternoon takes place at Rowan House, Baffins Lane, Chichester on Thursday 19 September between 4pm and 7pm. Appointments may also be made outside these times by contacting Henry Adams on 01243 533633 or email land@henryadams.co.uk.
