Graduation Day for two of Henry Adams Lettings team

Two of our lettings team were presented with their graduation certificates for achieving the Diploma in Property (Residential Property Letting and Management).

Over the past year, Danielle Plunkett-Smith, manager of Henry Adams Lettings in Bognor, and Angela Woods, property manager at Henry Adams Lettings in Chichester, have both successfully completed their Advanced Apprenticeship with Babington and received their certificates at a national ceremony.

“The course has been challenging but we’ve both really expanded our knowledge of the lettings industry,” said Danielle, “and added to our skills through all the numerous tests, debates and presentations. I was delighted to achieve this qualification and we had a fantastic graduation day receiving our certificates.”

Danielle and Angela joined other Babington graduates at the Albert Hall Conference Centre in Nottingham where they heard an inspiring speech by Naimh Emerson, medal-winning heptathlete and member of England’s Athletics Team. Naimh also handed out the certificates to more than 100 students from a range of disciplines.

“It was a very special event which we were so proud to be a part of,” said Angela. “The course has been brilliant and extremely useful in my day to day role as a property manager as well as when the more unusual situations arise with letting or renting a property. The course itself was hard work but getting the certificates and marking the occasion by the formal ceremony has made it even more worthwhile.”

As a result of the successful achievement, both Angela and Danielle have also become qualified members of ARLA Propertymark, the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.

Ian Wiggett, managing director of Henry Adams Lettings, said, “Our congratulations go to Danielle and Angela. Developing their own knowledge in this way shows their commitment to the lettings industry and in particular to our landlords and tenants, which is something we always encourage here at Henry Adams. I’m delighted for both of them on such well deserved achievements.”
