Melanie Livermore

Originally from Australia, Mel has called the UK home for the past 16 years and recently relocated to the South Coast to join Henry Adams as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

With over 25 years' experience, Mel combines expertise in residential property sales with a background in award-winning luxury interiors. Having most recently worked in Marlow and Beaconsfield, she specialises in residential sales, negotiation, and building strong client relationships. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 20 years delivering award-winning show homes and luxury properties for some of the UK's leading housebuilders and developers.

Outside of work, Mel enjoys making the most of life on the South Coast, from Goodwood events and competitive padel to tennis, horse riding, golf, coastal swims and beach walks.
