Harriet Lobacz

Harriet is a chartered town planner who joined Henry Adams from a National Housebuilder in 2025. She has extensive experience in development management, successfully delivering consents for large scale residential led schemes. Harriet has worked in all sectors of planning from Local Authority, National Housebuilder and Consultancy. Harriet is able to advise clients on their individual planning proposals, submit planning applications and advise on Enforcement issues on a variety of sites and has extensive experience in managing external consultants and internal teams to deliver consents.
