Dawn Proudfoot

Dawn has worked in property since 2021, and plays a key role in our New Homes team by assisting with our sales, marketing, and sales support. With a background as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Dawn is on hand to guide applicants through the process of finding and reserving their dream new home, as well as providing the highest level of sales progression support throughout the conveyancing to ensure exchange deadlines are met for both developer clients and purchasers. Dawn oversees many aspects of the marketing for our New Homes department including social media and bespoke HTML email campaigns to advertise our sites.
