Pressing News! A Competition at St James' Primary School, Emsworth

Children at St James' Primary School, Emsworth were today invited to take part in designing a label for the Emsworth Apple Press Day, on 26th September. Matthew Inker, Manager at Henry Adams, Emsworth and Dee Tickner our Community Liaison Coordinator, were warmly welcomed to an assembly at St James' School to tell the children all about the competition. As part of Emsworth British Food Fortnight families are asked to bring their freshly picked, home grown apples to The Square on Saturday where they will be pressed into fresh apple juice and decanted into cartons. The cartons will then display the winning label designed by one of the children from 3 of the schools taking part in the 'design a label' competition. All welcome to join in the 'pressing engagement' on Saturday 26th September, in support of Emsworth British Food Fortnight!
