Remember....to visit Wells Mews on 5 November

Reflecting the historic architecture of Midhurst and with an interior designed for today’s lifestyles, the show home at Wells Mews opens on November 5.  Award winning housebuilder, Oakford Homes, is creating the 17 two and three bedroom mews houses in Lamberts Lane on land sold to them by the trust of the former Midhurst Grammar School, with funding now being invested in Midhurst Rother College.

“Midhurst was voted one of the 'best places to live' by The Sunday Times this year so we are proud to be carrying through that heritage with the construction of our new homes at Wells Mews,” said Chris Coates, managing director at Oakford Homes.

Head of new homes, Susan Wadsworth, said, “Having worked with Oakford Homes previously, we are already confident that the quality, from the foundations to the finishes, will be extremely high. The specification is also pitched at a luxury level for discerning buyers with Smeg kitchen appliances and floors finished with carpets and tiles.  The location is outstanding, tucked away but just moments from the high street via a private footpath. The houses are right in the heart of this lovely market town which thoroughly deserves its recognition as ‘one of the best places to live in Britain’.”

Price guides for the two and three bedroom houses are from £329,950 with the first houses due to be ready to move into by December onwards.  The Government’s ‘Help to Buy’ scheme will also be available.

The Show Home at Wells Mews opens on Saturday 5 November at 11am, after which it will be open daily between 10am and 5pm. For further details or to book a 'one to one' appointment with our Sales Team to view the development plans prior to the Show Home opening, please call us on 01243 521833.
