Come to Clanfield for Coffee and Cake !

Award winning house builders David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes are hosting a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support at St James Place, their stylish new development in Charlton Lane, Clanfield PO8 0LG this Saturday 1st October between 10 am and 5.30pm.

The event is open to everyone and all proceeds will be going to Macmillan Cancer Support, which is an incredibly worthy charity, with cancer affecting 1 in 3 people at some point in their lives.  In taking part in this worthwhile event, you’ll be raising money to make sure everyone has a Macmillan team in their corner; from diagnosis, through treatment, and afterwards. That way, no one will have to face cancer alone.

St James Place offers a range of thoughtfully designed 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and bungalows nestling amid the sweeping beauty of the South Downs National Park, on the outskirts of the thriving village of Clanfield.  Just a short distance from Petersfield and Waterlooville, with easy access to the A3 and excellent links to London, St James Place is the ideal rural retreat for commuters looking to escape the hustle and bustle of City life.

Prices at the development currently range from £325,000 to £575,000, and a limited selection of the homes will be ready to move into in time for Christmas.  Both developers are offering a range of packages to help make your dream move a reality, including Part Exchange, help towards your stamp duty or the Government backed Help to Buy initiative*. (*Please note that these offers are plot specific, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and subject to T & Cs).

We hope that you will be able to join us; for further information or to arrange an appointment to view, please contact Henry Adams Petersfield on 01730 262801.
