Renting turns to buying for Naval couple

While both working for the Royal Navy, Rob Thompson and Julie Williams were very impressed by the design and finish of their rented Berkeley home in Royal Clarence Mariner, Gosport.

So much so that when Julie left the Navy to take up a new job in Bognor Regis, she and Rob decided to visit Berkeley’s flagship scheme of new homes at Bersted Park.

“It was the ideal time for us to relocate and buying just made sense for us,” say the couple, who knew they could buy at Bersted Park with confidence having already experienced life in a Berkeley property. Now three years on, Rob and Julie have again been tempted with the latest release of homes from Berkeley at Bersted Park and will soon be on the move once more.

With the help of the sales team at the Henry Adams office in Bognor Regis, they were able to sell their current lovely home and reserve their new long term home off plan.

Julie was delighted that the advantage of an early reservation also offered the opportunity to choose one of the stylish designer packages for their new home.  The superior specification and finish is what makes the difference in a Berkeley home.

Loving the open plan living of their current home meant Rob & Julie immediately fell in love with the Emsworth house design at Bersted Park which provides larger accommodation and a stunning open plan kitchen/dining/family area perfectly suited for relaxing and entertaining.

“We’re very excited at watching our new home grow, seeing each stage and we’re taking lots of photographs to look back on when we’re comfortably settled in,” says Rob and Julie who will soon be completing the next exciting stage on their remarkable Berkeley journey.

For further information about the latest collection of homes at Bersted Park, prices from £235,000 with last remaining Emsworth, 4 bedroom detached house at £435,000, ready for you this Winter, contact Berkeley’s appointed selling agents, Henry Adams, on 01243 842123 or visit www.henryadams.co.uk.
