Professional Valuation V. Market Appraisal. Which do you need?

A Market Appraisal is an estimate of value of a property provided by an Estate Agent based on their knowledge of the local area, their experience of market conditions and recent sales. They have no legal standing and are not definitive.

Professional Valuations can be relied on by Solicitors, HMRC, mortgage companies, financial institutions, Courts and private individuals. They are carried out by accredited Valuers who undertake thorough research into all the potential factors affecting value to ensure that they are reflected in the final figure. Any business or person that owns, develops or occupies a property relies on a Professional Valuer’s expertise in order to make informed decisions.
