New retail space for 2020 at Whipley Manor Farm

A new building, currently under construction between Bramley and Alfold villages, will provide two new retail units with offices above.

The units lie at the centre of the multi-occupied courtyard development at Whipley Manor Farm which incorporates artisan workshops, storage barns, offices and retail units.

The first floor offices within the new building at Whipley Manor Farm have already been secured by a graphic design agency. Other occupiers in the vicinity include an award-winning wine merchant, florist, dog groomer, stained glass workshop, furniture store and electrician.

Whipley Manor Farm is in Palmers Cross, a rural setting just off the A281 between Bramley and Alfold, and within easy reach of Cranleigh and Godalming.

Guildford is 7 miles to the north west and Horsham is 14 miles to the east, with their respective road networks leading on to the A3/M25 and the A24/M23.

The two new retail units will be available for occupation in early 2020 via Henry Adams Commercial.

Unit A provides ground floor space of 860 sq ft (80 sq m) and Unit B extends to 760 sq ft (70 sq m). The pair can be made available combined if required.

The units are available to let on a new effective full repairing and insuring lease for a term to be agreed at the annual rent of £18,000 + VAT for Unit A and for £15,850 + VAT for Unit B.  The rent is inclusive of fibre optic broadband. An annual service charge covers the supply of water, maintenance, lighting and landscaping to communal areas and estate CCTV security.
