Lettings Manager appointed to key Bognor Regis role

Joining the successful Henry Adams Lettings team is Danielle Plunkett-Smith. Danielle takes up the reins as lettings manager at our Bognor & Aldwick office which also provides comprehensive sales and new homes services.

Danielle has built up six years of property experience having worked in both lettings and sales, and is already busy with new clients at Henry Adams.

“Lettings is fast paced which I really enjoy,” said Danielle, “especially meeting lots of new people and getting involved in the whole process every step of the way including the paperwork. It gives you the chance to build up a nice rapport with people.”

Danielle had applied to work for Henry Adams at the outset of her property career and although there were no positions available at the time, the company has since expanded considerably and she seized the opportunity.

“I finally got my foot in the door! Henry Adams has a very good reputation and as an independent agent they really do offer a more personal service where people are so much more than statistics. Everyone has a genuine care for clients.”

Outside her new role, Danielle and her boyfriend often take their two Newfoundland dogs for long walks up on the South Downs. A self-confessed country bumpkin at heart, she’s also to be found enjoying many of the Goodwood events and is already looking forward to the Goodwood Revival in September.

Ian Wiggett, managing director of Henry Adams Lettings, added, “We are delighted to welcome Danielle to the team. Her enthusiasm and experience in lettings together with her commitment to high standards of customer service and great awareness of all the advantages that this area has to offer people will all be a real benefit to our clients, both current and future.”
