Cheering on The Aldingbourne Trust

For the last two years our chosen charity has been The Aldingbourne Trust, an outstanding local organisation which supports adults with learning disabilities to live independently.

It’s turned out to be a fun and successful relationship.

Each of our offices is set within a community so we’ve always believed it’s important to give something back through supporting fundraising efforts throughout the year.

Every penny raised has helped support the charity’s work in West Sussex, whether it’s from house clearance donations, golf days or even a madcap Screwball Rally across Europe by three of our partners, David Adams, Martin Curry and Simon Lush.

The Aldingbourne Trust needs to raise £4m to build a new visitors’ centre. Construction is now well on the way and the roof was ‘topped out’ at the end of last year. The new centre will enable them to train and employ more people with learning disabilities for a sustainable future.

The Aldingbourne Country Centre welcomes visitors to its grounds at Blackmail Lane, Norton, just outside Chichester. Current opening times are 10am to 4pm with last entry at 3pm. They have some lovely woodland walks, a castle playground and a cafe there. Just be aware that the open farm is closed at the moment for essential maintenance.
