Lettings manager James Riley nominated for ‘outstanding achievement’

James Riley, lettings manager at Henry Adams in the Bognor & Aldwick hub, was shortlisted for the ‘Inventory Candidate of the Year’ at the Propertymark Qualifications Awards 2017 that took place in May.

“Unfortunately, I didn’t win the category, but I was incredibly honoured to be nominated for the award” impressed James. “Having a comprehensive inventory is vital with any tenancy, and the award shows the high-level that Henry Adams strives for to ensure they are undertaken and completed correctly. As a member of MARLA (Inv), we are updated on all changing legislation and ensure we always comply with best practice”.

The award, from the sister company of ARLA which provides professional qualifications, recognises ‘outstanding achievement on successful achievement of the full qualification in 2016’, and the winner was announced on 12 May 2017 at a celebratory event held at Le Meridian, London.

This comes hot on the heels of Henry Adams being awarded the title of Best Letting Agent of the Year 2016 for PO21 which includes Bognor Regis and Aldwick. The AllAgents awards are based on customer experience from a series of online reviews in which James and his team excelled.

Ian Wiggett, managing director of Henry Adams Lettings, added, “The Gold Award is a fantastic achievement. It really is down to the hard work of James and the lettings team who have pulled out all the stops to make sure our landlords and tenants receive the best possible customer service, so it’s great to see how well their efforts have paid off.”

Henry Adams Lettings is focused on its professionalism and customer care while continuing to expand. As a successful, independent agency, we now have dedicated lettings offices in Bognor & Aldwick, Chichester, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Midhurst, Petersfield, and Storrington.
