Petersfield is going for growth this summer
Our Petersfield sales office has recently welcomed Kat Bentz to the growing team.
It’s been a busy year for the Petersfield team so far this year who’ve combined forces with Jacobs & Hunt Management Services and relocated to new offices in Lavant Street, near to Petersfield station.
“We’ve certainly had a busy year on both the sales and lettings sides too,” said Craig Towersey, who manages the Petersfield sales office. “As a result we needed more hands on deck to ensure we continue to provide the high levels of service for which we’ve become known. Kat has already settled in extremely well with the rest of the team and her positive attitude to selling our wonderful homes is really paying off with successful sales already underway.”
As a Sales Negotiator, Kat is handling new enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective buyers, and she’ll be undertaking the professional estate agency qualification through the National Association of Estate Agents.
Prior to joining Henry Adams, Kat was most recently a geologist in the oil and gas industry. But at 26 she decided to change career and after researching various estate agencies, was keen to join us here at Henry Adams.
“I wanted to join a company that I liked and which has the right ethos,” says Kat. “Henry Adams is such a friendly agency and is very supportive of local charities which is also important to me. I’ve really enjoyed getting out & about and meeting people as well as the variety of being a sales negotiator - every property, every person and even every day is different.”
Outside work, Kat is a keen event rider and competes on her ex-race horse, Classic Statement (also known as George, photograph courtesy of Spidge Event Photography). She is also captain of the netball team, Midhurst Wolverines, and a co-founder of the Chichester netball league.
