How to be ‘in the know’

Have you ever wondered how the first homes on a brand new development often seem to be snapped up even before the show home opens?

How do those buyers find out about such new homes which are not even on the market yet, often reserving the pick of the crop?

Susan Wadsworth, head of new homes at Henry Adams, reveals insider tips for home buyers wanting to get to the front of the queue when it comes to new developments.

“The key to finding out about new homes about to come to the market is to be registered with us in advance,” she said. “It only takes a few minutes to register a few details about the type of area and the type of new home you’re looking for, then you can sit back and relax, knowing that you will receive a ‘notification’ once a development which ticks some of those boxes is about to be launched.”

Pre-marketing takes place prior to the latest new developments being released on to the open market. In this way, forward-thinking buyers who are already registered on Henry Adams’ database will be informed about new developments at least 48 hours before the scheme becomes ‘live’ on property portals.

Our new homes team successfully market a wide range of new homes across the region, acting for reputable national and local housebuilders on sites from single detached homes to large developments which are also creating new communities.

If you would like to join the private buyers’ database and be ‘in the know’ when it comes to the next new homes coming to the market, email us at newhomes@henryadams.co.uk or browse our extensive selection of developments already available.
