West Sussex homes feature at the London Boat Show

The very best that British boating industry has to offer was on display at the iconic 62nd London International Boat Show this January with waterside property a distinct attraction for many of the 100,000 visitors, reports Pamela Phelan of Henry Adams.

“It’s always an exciting event and a chance to talk to prospective buyers with a keen interest on the coast,” said Pamela who was on the busy Waterside Properties stand at the event. Other exhibitors included providers of sailing courses and innovative marine electronics alongside the largest ever Sunseeker superyacht to be globally launched.

“We displayed our properties right along the coast from Emsworth as far as Littlehampton to the East and Hayling Island to the West as well as near the key sailing hub of Chichester harbour which attracted a huge amount of interest,” she added.

The Henry Adams team was on hand to offer guidance to those thinking of buying, selling or renting holiday lets along the coast throughout the ten day event at London’s ExCeL in Docklands.

“We fielded an impressive range of questions from how to sell a house-boat to buying on the strand in West Wittering as well as tapping into the local knowledge about the best pubs, clubs and train journey times to London.  As ever, we  feel West Sussex has a lot to offer so it’s great to see that the general public seems to agree.”

Henry Adams offers a unique opportunity to display and advertise properties along the West Sussex coast in conjunction with Waterside Properties at the London Boat Show and at the Southampton Boat Show in September.  They also feature property prominently in Waterside Properties’ regular magazine.

“As a keen sailor myself I completely understand the appeal of living near the water and with specialists in each of our offices, if you’re thinking of selling, do come and talk to any of our waterside team or email me at pamela.phelan@henryadams.co.uk.”
