The lettings process

  • We help you find a property to rent and submit your offer details to the landlord.
  • If it’s accepted, you’ll pay a non-refundable admin/referencing fee to reserve your new home and sign to accept our terms and conditions.
  • We’ll need to see photo identification for each tenant over the age of 18 who’ll be living at the property with you.
  • We’ll take references and, if they’re successful, we’ll prepare the tenancy agreement and ask you for the initial rent (usually the first month’s rent), the deposit (usually six weeks or a month and a half’s rent) and the Tenant Check-in Fee if applicable.
