Baffins Hall, the perfect auction house

Henry Adams expert auctioneers are based in the prestigious Baffins Hall in the centre of the historic cathedral city of Chichester. Used as a Unitarian Chapel since 1672, the Hall has been a furniture saleroom since 1913 and auction sales have been held here for 100 years. It's an inspirational building with a magnificent barrel ceiling, original galleries and stained glass windows that make it a perfect and very atmospheric setting for the sale of antiques, fine arts and collectables.

We offer free valuations across the south of England and hold regular free valuation days at Baffins Hall and in our network of offices – we’re happy to visit your home to inspect larger items that are difficult to transport too.

Sales are on view on Tuesdays and Wednesdays preceding each auction and our Selected Antiques & Fine Art Sales held in April, July and October will also have viewings on each preceding Saturday morning.
