Henry Adams are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join the team based in central Horsham. The role will involve working within a busy and fast paced office environment. Working within a team and offering support to the Sales department, to include general office administrative duties, liaising with clients over the phone, via email and in person.

Extremely high levels of customer service and organisation are required for this role, you must be calm, customer focused, professional at all times, diligent, be able to work well as part of a small team and boast excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.

As a Senior Negotiator / Valuer you are a key part of the main function within our Sales team. You will be responsible for driving the sales instructions in coordination with the Sales Manager. You will deliver excellent customer service in a timely manner at all times. Communication is a core part of the role with those we work with, along with; working within a team, maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with clients, providing advice to clients on the current market conditions, carrying out property viewings with applicants

Skills & experience required:

•  Residential property sales experience
• A good standard of written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
• Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner

• Good IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages would be an advantage
