With its own parking space and courtyard area the walk up to the cottage has the feel of privacy and tranquillity. Upon entering the cottage you are in the hallway which leads directly to the kitchen or turn off left into the warm and cosy living area with wood burning stove.

The living room has tall glass doors moving into the dining space giving a light an airy feel as the sunshine pours through the conservatory beyond. The kitchen and dining area lay open plan but with a breakfast bar style partition making the space excellent for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to whip up a tasty treat while not out at one of the many local restaurants. The kitchen includes, kettle, dishwasher, range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and washing machine.

At the back of the property you will find yourself in a good sized conservatory with further lounge space to open up the doors and enjoy the summer sunshine in the garden. There is an outdoors table for four in case you wish to dine outside too.

Heathfield Park has two doubles bedrooms, one family bathroom with a shower over the bath as well as a WC on the ground floor.
