Local Area

From Emsworth, proceed westwards on the A259 towards Havant and on to the A27. Take the first exit off the A27 and the first exit at the roundabout towards Langstone/Hayling Island. After the bridge proceed along the A3023 Havant Road for some distance until reaching a roundabout. Take the first turning left into Church Road and the property will be found along on the right hand side.
