Philip Jordan

As an accomplished property professional with over 40 years of experience, Philip has a thorough knowledge of the property market in the South East. He represents the fifth generation of his family to work in the profession: His great, great grandfather started Jordan and Cook, an estate agency and surveying business in Worthing in the 1880s.After formal education, Philip started work at King & Chasemore and eventually became a Partner before the organisation was acquired by the Nationwide Building Society in 1987. In 1993 Philip established his own business, Burford Jordan, which merged with Henry Adams in 2003. Since then he has been actively involved in the management of the diverse Henry Adams companies. Philip took on the role of Group Chairman in 2021 with a focus on corporate strategy and financial management.
