Ian Wiggett

Ian joined Henry Adams in 2012 to strengthen & expand the lettings operation which has since become one of the largest and most successful in the region. He became Managing Director of Henry Adams Lettings in 2015 and Chief Executive of Henry Adams in 2021. During this time Ian has been an integral part of the senior management team and, together with his colleagues, he has overseen a number of mergers and acquisitions and established letting centres throughout the Group. Ian has a diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management and is a Fellow of both the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the National Association of Estate Agents. Ian has more than 20 years of experience in estate agency and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of each of the businesses within the Henry Adams group.
