We offer three different levels of service, each tailored to suit different types of landlords, from those with large portfolios to those letting their home for the first time. We offer free advice to buy – to – let investors, identifying the right sort of property for people to buy, and what yield they can expect to achieve.
An initial discussion will identify which of the three options suits you, from the Tenant Introductory Service, the Rent Collection Service, and the Fully Managed Service. Full details of what each service entails is included in our full lettings brochure, but you can be assured that each option includes the thorough marketing of all our properties, careful referencing of every tenant, and the preparation of tenancy agreements.
Our head office in Chichester is the largest dedicated lettings office in the area, and includes an in house property management team. As members of ARLA, the lettings regulatory body, we are kept up to date with all the latest legislation, which is crucial when we are dealing with people’s homes. It also means that all tenant’s deposits are held in fully protected client accounts. Our staff are encouraged to attend the ARLA training courses, and many of our staff have ARLA qualifications.
