Henry Adams acquires Cluttons Chichester Office

The business which is being bought by Henry Adams comprises the Cluttons Tod Miller commercial arm, formerly Tod Miller Thomas which was one of the leading and best known commercial agents in the area, and also Cluttons’s specialist Southern Counties planning arm.
Commenting on the acquisition, Richard Williscroft, Henry Adams’s Senior Partner, said:

With offices in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, Henry Adams already offers a diverse range of property services including residential sales, agricultural, commercial, fine art salerooms, planning, professional work generally and holiday lets. This latest acquisition will significantly increase the range and expertise Henry Adams offers.

The new business will trade as Henry Adams and will operate from both Cluttons’ Old Coach House offices in West Pallant and from Henry Adams’s head office at Rowan House in Baffins Lane, Chichester.
